Year 7 pupils have been very busy over the past week getting our project ready to exhibit at the RDS Primary Science Fair being held in Belfast for the first time this year. Our classroom has been a hive of activity with marbles scooting everywhere as we constructed and tested Marble Rollercoasters! Today, twelve pupils travelled to the Riverisde Conference Centre at the Waterfront Hall, where we set up an exhibition stand, complete with photos and Marble Runs, ready to meet other pupils from all over the country. Before long, the Judges had arrived to evaluate the project and then after a quick bite of lunch, we had the chance to attend workshops and shows before packing up and heading home. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and each pupil was a fantastic ambassador for Macosquin Primary School.
