This year we are offering the wonderful opportunity for pupils in Year 4 – Year 7 to enter LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) exams in the speaking of verse and prose.
Last weekend two pupils from Year 4 were entered for Grade 1 and four pupils from Year 5 were entered for Grade 2.
The pupils involved had to learn a piece of verse and prose and perform each with meticulous interpretation and technique. Pupils were also tested on their theoretical knowledge.
We wish all pupils who sat a LAMDA exam all the best as they await their results.
Preparations for those sitting the May 2017 exams will commence in the New Year.
