Primary 5 pupils have been eagerly watching our school bird feeders over the past few days for The Big Schools’ Birdwatch 2025 and this afternoon we checked in on the live cameras which are now operational for BBC Winterwatch. We observed Blue Tits, Great Tits and even a Woodpecker, but the level of excitement in the classroom went even higher when a grey squirrel suddenly appeared! We’ll be keeping a close eye outside our classroom window and the live cams for the next few days.🐦⬛🐿️
