🐑🚜 People Who Help Us 🚜🐑
Reception and P1 had an incredibly exciting visit from one of our very own pupil’s parents! Rebecca and Philip came in to share their experiences and insights about their important roles as farmers. They captivated us with a variety of pictures and videos showcasing their hard work and dedication. To our delight, some of their beautiful animals even made a special appearance at the school.
This visit was not only enjoyable but also highly educational. Our students learned about the vital contributions farmers make to our community, including how they grow our food and care for animals. The children gained a deeper understanding of the farming process and the importance of agriculture in our daily lives.
We were thrilled to have our Early Years Foundation Stage class join in for some fun as well. It was wonderful to see the younger children enjoying the animals and experience with their older peers. As an inclusive school, we pride ourselves in fostering an environment where every child feels valued and included. Seeing our youngest children engage and share the joy with their older peers is a testament to our commitment to inclusivity and community spirit.
Overall, the visit was a fantastic opportunity for our pupils to learn about the world of farming and appreciate the hard work that goes into it. We are very grateful to Rebecca and Philip for their time and effort in making this visit so memorable and beneficial for everyone involved.❤️
